Digital Products
All sales of digital products—including eBooks, courses, workbooks, audio files, and downloads—are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and therefore we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

Memberships and Subscriptions
Our Super Bad Essentials membership is a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless canceled. Because this membership includes immediate access to exclusive content, monthly coaching, and replays, we do not offer refunds on membership fees once a billing cycle has started.
You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Access will remain available until the end of your current billing period.
Live Events & Masterclasses
Tickets and registrations for live events, masterclasses, and virtual trainings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, replays or recordings may be provided at our discretion, depending on the nature of the event.
Merchandise (If Applicable)
If we offer physical products in the future, such as branded merchandise or workbooks, a separate refund and return policy will apply and be outlined clearly on the product page.
