Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, I have always embraced an energetic spirit of ambition and tenacity. The many thousands of people who have heard me speak know my story, but many of you have not, so let me tell you about me!
In 1988, as a single mother of 2 facing a difficult divorce, I began selling Mary Kay® products to supplement my income. Within a year I set company sales records, and within a few years, my business had grown to over $35 MILLION in retail sales, leading a team of over 6,000 consultants.
I'm a proud graduate of Howard University and Harvard Business School, an international speaker, and a success strategist who has trained professionals like YOU on six continents to achieve new levels of success.
Known for my high energy, I present powerful workshops and motivational events around the globe. I'm dedicated to teaching people skills, leadership, and strategies for success, working with leaders to help them reach their full potential.
